NOTD- OPI 'Save Me'

Whilst I was shopping on saturday I stopped by our local Sally's store and picked up two new OPI polishes from the Nicki Minaj collection I got 'Fly' and 'Save me' and this morning was staring at Save me trying to decide if I wanted to wear it on it's own or to layer it over another polish after much dilly - dallying ( that saying always makes me laugh, My mum always used to say it to me as a kid 'Stop Dilly-Dallying') anyways I decided to layer it over OPI 'tickle my francey' which is a subtle nude with pink undertones.
And the picture was taken before I had removed the annoying strand of glitter from my cuticle! So annoying I didn't see it until afterwards

I personally think the glitter and the holographic sparkles in Save Me looks really nice on the nude base and makes it stand out a bit better and I'm glad I decided to layer these two shades together I'm sure I will again in the future.

A Cheeky Saturday Haul

On saturday Nath and I decided we were going to pop into town and do some shopping and lunch out as my Monthly Make up ban ended on Friday :), So when popped in to House Of Fraser to get some bits for the house and some Yankee Candles I stopped by the MAC Counter and Got Pink Swoon Blush which is a sheertone blush and sooo pretty, and a Mineralize blush in DAINTY which I have falling in love with and then a mineralize eyeshadow from their new NATURALLY collection called Daylight which i think is such a pretty pinky/lavender shade.

When popped into Boots  I ended up just getting a few skin care bits i got Sanctuary Brightening Facial Exfoliator as my mum had been using this and said it was amazing so thought I'd give it a go, then got some more Soap and Glory 'Face Soap & Clarity' and Peaches and Clean I have used both of these before and just like all the other Soap and Glory Products they are amazing and smell SO good.


Then I was trying to be good and not get anymore Nail Varnish but then I saw the new Butter London Collection and couldn't resist I ended up getting Disco Biscuit and Trout Pout which I love.

I hope you are all having a good weekend and day, today we just chilling out going to get a Chinese take away a bit later and watch HomeLand and then fingers crossed I can stay up to watch the Oscars I LOVE watching the Red Carpet.

Little Catch Up :)

So this week I haven't really been up to anything too exciting just working, watching some amazing new TV programmes - Friday Night Lights, Homeland and Luck have you watched any of these? Love them at the moment! Then Tuesday pigged out on pancakes and finished my book 'Cuckoo' which was amazing, then Wednesday I popped into town before work and picked up a Real Techniques Blush brush which is incredible and sooo soft love it Will be buying more of their brushes at the weekend .

Also I love facewipes I have a boxed filled with all different packs from Garnier,Soap and Glory and Korres so as Boots have their 3 for 2 offer on I thought it would be rude not to stock up on some more.

 And also got some Nails inc Nail polishes the 'Heavy Metals ' collection and a couple of Yankee Candles I got Vanilla Cupcake and Sea Harbour sooo nice, I have such a thing with candles especially Yankee candles just can't stop buying them.Have you got any fave Yankee scents? Also if any of you are book worms leave some suggestions for books please :)

Philosophy 'Cinnamon Buns' Shampoo,Shower Gel &Bubble Bath- I got this on offer with another one back in January and they are amazing,the smell in the bottle is completely transferred in to ya bath and bathroom and they last for ages as only need a little bit and then you are in bubble paradise,once my other one has finished i will be re purchasing. 10/10

Korres Cleansing & Make Up Removing Wipes 'Pomegranate'- I was buying some Butter London polishes and just got these on a whim as needed some new wipes and they were there, at first I wasn't sure they were going to be that good as the smell is amazing but very over powering,But as soon as I used one I knew that I was going to love them, took all my  make up off and left my skin feeling so soft, these are the only wipes I will be getting from now on. Only downside being the smell is a bit to in ya face so I will get a different pack. 9/10

Soap&Glory Breakfast Scrub- One word LOVE, this stuff is beyond amazing it smells so good makes me just want to grab a spoon and stick it in :).Theres not much more to say about this that hasn't already been said it is just an amazing product and I will keep on buying it. 10/10

Lush Ocean Salt Facial Scrub- When i first got this I loved it, I mean it is sooo good and smells just like a Mojito :) the salt chunks are quite big so it can be a bit abrasive at first but you soon get used to it and it works wonders for my skin at first it hads never been better. However I then stopped using it for a couple of weeks just to make it last a bit longer till I got more, When I used it again a couple of days later it broke me out and I'm quite lucky I hardly get spots and when I do it's just the odd couple but this time I had 5 really angry spots. So I don't know if it was just me or the product where I hadn't used it or a while, But I'm unsure wether I would re buy this now. I think if you use it all the time and don't have a break then that is fine but if you have a break it could happen. 7/10
